As a business the privacy, rights and confidentiality of our clients and people we come into contact with whether through the Music Bus website, social media, email, phone or any other form of enquiry is paramount.
We have always treated our legal and moral obligations with regards to the above with the greatest respect because we love our Music Bus families and I can assure you that this will always be the case.
By now you will most likely have seen many emails or letters from businesses and organisations, with whom you have previously done business or made enquiries, concerning the General Data Protection Register (GDPR) which comes into law across Europe on 25th May 2018.
Whilst they all share the same intent to ensure compliance with the regulations many of these are conflicting and confusing largely down to differences of opinion in the interpretation of the amended regulations that make up the GDPR.
Until we have a definitive statement on this and have amended our legal documents accordingly please rest assured that just as before we will not share any information we have concerning you and will not contact you for any reason other than to keep you informed of classes, maintaining, registers, invoicing, satisfying our insurance cover, keeping contact details for emergency purposes and for responding to any communication from you.
You should be aware that you already have the right to unsubscribe from any communication from us or to amend (or delete) information we keep about you and this will not change.
Thank you for bearing with us while we ensure we make the best decisions regarding GDPR for you and your family
If you have any questions whatsoever about your rights and the information we hold about you please drop me a line at email@example.com
We hope you continue to enjoy the fun at Music Bus
